Comedy for Caregivers 2018
The healing impact of humor and laughter
Enjoy a night of comic relief that will not only have you giggling out loud, it will also teach you how to use healthy humor to build resilience, navigate challenges in life, and find the funny in even the most difficult circumstances.
From our first Comedy for Caregivers event in San Diego, April 13, 2018, as part of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor's annual conference. We are sharing this content to provide comedic relief for those in caregiving roles, and have added a few short videos explaining how to use humor and laughter to build resilience. All proceeds from this course will be donated to AATH to provide another free Comedy for Caregivers experience at our next conference in Chicago, April 5, 2019 https://www.aath.org/annual-conference.
