The Synergy Brain Fitness training course is the first scientifically validated integrative neuroscience curriculum that incorporates the latest brain research along with fundamental nutrition and exercise physiology components to target system-wide peak performance that’s not only measurable but also sustainable over time.
Utilizing the My Brain Solutions Assessment and online training platform, we are able to guide individuals through a personalized discovery of their unique brain strengths and challenges as we apply a validated process of assess – train – monitor. The Synergy Brain Fitness program provides learners with a basic framework of how the brain works, and simple shifts they can make each day to train a more effective energy management regimen. Upon completion of the program, participants can embark on a deeper dive into specific sessions such as brain-based nutrition or sleep strategies, or they may choose to sign up for a 21-day challenge such as weight management or stress reduction.
